Lanakai Management Corporation is a property management company located in Southern California, and they manage the Creekside building in San Leandro, California. The building, located at the corner of Davis & San Leandro Boulevard, is quite an impressive scene with it’s stature, and appearance

Previously, we worked on projects in the building A, but this time the signage was needed for building C. As was the case with the previous project, this package took an in-depth site survey to catalog what signage was required. In addition to researching the needed ADA signs, we also had to use our custom color matching system to to ensure the new signs would be a cohesive match to the existing signs. The directory slats were updated in to include the new occupant of the building, and to implement their brand throughout the building, as well.

In the images above you will see some of the ADA signs that were mounted for our client, Lanakai Management Corporation in San Leandro, CA. They are of a classic design for legibility, and professionalism. Below is an image of the updated directory sign. The slats were created using color matched paint over acrylic slats. The bold lettering was used to display the name, and details of the government agency now housed in the building.
