We often work with commercial property management companies who are advertising commercial property that is for sale or lease. Like most of our clients the signs are needed quickly because every moment the property goes vacant or without a tenant, the owner is forgoing potential income. Typically these wood signs are made of a substrate called MDO that comes in 4ft by 8ft sheets. Depending on the size of the space the signs are fabricated to fit the space available. In this case a 4ft by 4ft sign was the perfect size! Typically, these signs are fabricated using cut vinyl and large type so as to capitalize on potential lessees who are driving by. Bold and/or colorful text is used to provide great visibility even from a distance. The signs provide basic contact information and sometimes a company logo.

Sometimes the signs are manufactured to be mounted between two posts, but sometimes they are fabricated in metal and attached directly to the building face. Depending on the size of the metal panel that is used, the gauge of metal can vary. Bigger signs will be fabricated using thicker .063 or .080 Aluminum sheeting so as to prevent the sign from waving and bending over time.
