Project Update |Georgian Manor Mobile Home Park

________________________________________________________________________________________

We’re happy to report that our project for Georgian Manor Mobile Home Park is finally complete. The property contains a selection of individually named sandblasted street signs that had deteriorated over the years. Initially, the client wanted to replace the worn redwood signs with the same material but after we educated them on the benefits of High Density Urethane (HDU) they decided to use this material instead. These benefits include:

1. The material is environmentally friendly,

2. It is impervious to bird droppings,

3. It does not rot,

4. It is more affordable than redwood or cedar.

Armed with this information, the management decided that HDU was the right choice and the project moved forward. Fourteen of the street signs were replaced and the remaining signs will be swapped out as needed based on wear. We were also able to work with the client to match the existing paint colors as closely as possible.

The sandblasting process allows for many wood-like and intricate textures and has always been a popular choice for outdoor signs at many commercial properties and apartment complexes. If you are a property manager currently exploring signage options for your property or contemplating a renovation to the property/signage, please contact us.
