Partial Graphic Wrap for the Robertson County, TN Sheriff Command Post RV Trailer

The Robertson County, TN Sheriff’s Office recently added a large RV Trailer Command Post to their list of fleet vehicles we have helped them brand. The Command Post joins other vehicles, trailers, banners, golf carts, and a pop-up tent, all identified with their trademark green and yellow colors. To take advantage of the substantial advertising ‘real estate’ on this trailer, we strategically added their logo to give added exposure, while still keeping it a partial wrap.

For the Command Post, our design team modified their previous wrap designs to fit the larger space. Once the RV trailer was delivered to our shop, we measured the sides, front, and back to ensure that our printed files were accurate. We purposely didn’t create too much detail that would be blocked when a truck was pulling the trailer.

We printed the partial wrap on our HP Latex 360 64” Wide Format High Production Printer using high performance vinyl with protective gloss laminate. We then cut the pieces and installed them on the trailer.

We used the same design components on both sides of the trailer, but had to take into account the varying positions of doors and windows. One side is all windows, and one side has two doors, so we positioned the graphics accordingly.

The final result was certainly one that gives the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office a “commanding” presence wherever they take the trailer. It’s not as flashy as their D.A.R.E. vehicles (and it’s not supposed to be), but definitely fits right in with their fleet of branded vehicles and other items, and makes them recognizable in their community.
