Sanitizing foggers have changed the effectiveness and efficiency of COVID-19 cleaning protocols. Our fogging machines are in line with the latest recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention when it comes to cleaning and disinfecting related to the coronavirus. Moreover, our sanitizing fog contains hospital grade virucide. We can perform the sanitation/disinfecting process more quickly than you might expect thanks to our germ fogger. With the push of a single button, a propellant inside this device triggers the release of a fine mist containing powerful disinfectants. The fog disperses quickly into the air, eradicating on contact any germs, bacteria, and other potentially harmful microorganisms that may be lingering. An entire room can be sanitized and disinfected in mere minutes. That said, the longer the fogger is able to work, the more viruses and germs in the room are killed. Our COVID-19 sanitation services employ a fog that contains a hospital-grade virucide, registered and approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). 

We use the following disinfectants as part of our COVID-19 sanitization process:

• Concrobium broad-spectrum disinfectant II – This plant-based solution allows us to provide thorough protection, and prevents the need to use two separate products for disinfection and cleaning. Instead, it simultaneously cleans and disinfects, without leaving behind a sticky residue. Concrobium is approved and registered by the EPA. It contains no harmful chemicals, has no warning labels, lacks any harsh or lingering odor, and can be used without the need for PPE (personal protective equipment).  In just 10 minutes of contact, it provides protection against viruses including COVID-19, as well as bacteria, fungi, and tuberculosis. It is best suited for disinfecting hard, non-porous surfaces, as well as general cleaning and maintenance.
• Bioesque – Like Concrobium, Bioqesue is a plant-based disinfectant that is registered with the EPA. Bioesque is approved by the EPA to protect against emerging viral pathogens; that means it has shown effectiveness to limit the spread of viruses similar to COVID-19 on hard and non-porous surfaces. It kills 99.99% of viruses in one minute, and eliminates bacteria, fungi, molds, and mycobacterium tuberculosis in three minutes or less. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and biodegradeable. 

Benefect – Also approved by the EPA, Benefect is safe and suitable to be used around children, pets, senior citizens, and any individuals with sensitivity to chemicals. Engineered specifically for use by professionals working in the restoration industry, Benefect does not need to be rinsed off after application and it can be applied without the need for wearing PPE.

You’ll notice that each of these disinfectants is botanically based. That means it’s derived from plants and free of harsh chemicals such as bleach. The lack of these hazardous chemicals doesn’t diminish their power; these botanical disinfectants can kill 99.9% of all viruses in a minute or less.
