Fayetteville, GA – Skin Peel Recommendations by a Local Beauty Consultant

What are you doing for you skin this winter?

Winter is a fantastic time to treat hyperpigmentation.   Now that the sun is not as intense and we are spending more time inside, it is a good time to have a series of our professional peels.  We highly recommended this time of year because there less opportunity to add to the existing photo damage the peels address.

The Peels and What Each One Addresses

We have two different types of skin peels. The first one is our AlphaRet Professional Peel System 30.  The concern this system treats is mild photo damage.  This includes the early signs of skin aging as well as blemishes.  It is also fantastic for anyone concerned with inflammation or mild acne. With the use glycol, lactic and salicylic acid, plus the patented retinoid, AlphaRet, the benefits are remarkable.  Even after just one treatment, Patience show signs of improved, overall skin tone and texture.

Our next peel is the AlphRet Professional Peel System 50.  This peel treats more moderate photo damage such as fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, blemishes, uneven skin tone and dullness. Using the same patented ingredients glycol, lactic, and salicylic acid and AlphaRet, you are certain to get an excellent exfoliation treatment.

What is the Downtime Associated with Each Treatment?

With both of our AlphaRet Peel systems, 30 and 50, you can expect to have zero to little downtime following the treatment.  How is that possible? The answer can be found in one, very specific ingredient added to both of the peels.  This ingredient dissolves the desmosomes in our skin.  Desmosomes are like the glue that hold your skin cells together.  So, with that desmosome gone your cells will actually shed off and exfoliate individually instead of in sheets like a traditional chemical peel.  There is minimal dryness or flakiness associated with these treatments.  Following the treatment you are able to continue your everyday life without issue.

To increase effectiveness of your AlphaRet Peel treatment, we recommend coupling it with Even Tone Correcting Serum.  To amplify the results, it is best to start the Even Tone Correcting Serum one month prior to the first peel.  Additionally, this would be continued for a month after treatment.  Even Tone Correcting Serum is part of the award winning SkinBetter Science skincare line.
