Our sign shop welcomes the opportunity to work with corporate clients who have signage needs at different locations. Having one sign shop take on these projects is to your advantage because our specialists keep your specs on file. Therefore, you save time and can quickly put in bulk orders without scheduling a consultation appointment.

For AllStaff, we worked on channel letters that would feature its font and logo with the company’s unique color play. To ensure good contrast with the wall surface, our technicians used white to set the lettering apart. Once the individual style elements were produced, our team went out and installed the sign.

Now, the channel letters illuminate after dark, which makes the location stand out. Most importantly, it is a brand-centric display that resonates with consumers who have visited AllStaff’s website.

Choosing an Installation Method for Channel Letters

The flush mount is one of our clients’ favorite installation methods. Our team installs the letters and accesses them from behind the wall to wire them. It gives the façade a neat look. However, the flush mount is only one option.

  • Raceway installation. The raceway consists of an elongated aluminum box that holds all the wiring. It attaches to the building with a few screws. The letters go on the front of the raceway. Because we paint the box in the building’s façade color, it easily blends in. Even so, it contributes to the 3D appeal of the installation.
  • Wireway mount. Much like a raceway, the wireway is a box that contains the electrical wiring. However, it is slimmer than the other product, can double as a backer, and allows for the introduction of another brand color if necessary.
  • Standoff mounts. For channel letters that will display a halo illumination, we use standoffs. The size depends on how crisp or soft you want the edges of the halo to be.

In some cases, a lease may specify the use of a raceway installation versus a flush mount because it requires us to drill fewer holes into the façade. In other cases, you may have to opt for the thinner wireway because there are rules regarding the protrusion from the wall that is acceptable at your location.
