Tower Realty Corporation’s Custom Road Sign

Tower Realty Corporation is a “full service commercial, industrial and residential real estate brokerage firm.” They are experts in  identifying and marketing commercial, industrial and residential properties in local areas; Northern Fairfield and Litchfield County. Their realtors are skilled with an array of expertise including “retail buildings, leasing office space, leasing warehouse space and commercial real estate for sale for business, individual or investment purposes.”

To add to Tower Realty Corporation’s marketing, we constructed a sign for them to display on one of the properties they are selling. Check it out below!

The purpose of road signs is to draw attention to a product, service or business. For Tower Realty Corporation this road sign is mainly serving as a real estate sign to advertise this 1.77 acre piece of land. The process for constructing road signs starts with making the face and trimming the sign with molding. Once the structure is together in this fashion it needs to be inserted into the ground and stabilized. To do this we hammered the posts into the ground. The lettering of the sign was made through cut vinyl, where our plotter is used to cut out the letters and weed out the excess vinyl. To adhere the letters onto the sign to endure all the natural elements we apply an application tape over it then use our a squeeze gun to finalize the process.
