Club Car – Brookfield, CT- Custom Signs/Emergency Exits Signs

Mark from Club Car was having his store inspected. They needed two Custom Signs/ Emergency Exits Signs to complete the inspection.  Each sign had to be in detail where emergency exits needed to be. To do the processing of the custom signs/emergency exits signs, we first had Mark approve our graphic design.  They must approve the graphics designs before any signage is made. Especially, in an emergency, you have to make sure it’s correct. Once the approval is signed off, we then make the sign. Since the graphics design is multiple colors we used our 5 foot printer with colors that are from the X-Rite Color Management System.  We print the custom sign/emergency exits signs on vinyl material and then use the mighty squeegee to apply the vinyl material onto a 1/8 PVC which is 18 inches tall and 34 ½ inches wide.
