Newtown Car Care Center- Newtown, CT- Custom Sign/ Big Banner

Johnny Koshel, the manager, called and asked us to make a 52 inch x 20 foot, custom sign/big banners,  to hang up on the back of his building. He wanted the custom sign/big banner to be seen from the highway. Before making the custom sign/big banner, make sure the measurements of the custom sign/big banner is correct. There are times when the customer changes their mind. The process to make the custom sign/big banner is simple, print the logo or design on vinyl banner material using colors from the x-Rite Color Management. After the banner is done, you need to hem all the sides. To hem we use the 1 inch rule using double stick banner tape and we use the mighty squeegee to press it down. Once the hemming is done, we need to grommet (A grommet is a ring inserted into a hole through thin material) to grommet we use the 2 feet rule. Typically there are at least 4 grommets on a banner; this depends on the size of the banner.   When hanging a custom sign/big banner, it is important to hem and grommet.
