Black Box Rally, Connecticut-Car Decals/ Vehicle Graphics

Alvin Fong, the winning driver came to us to wrap his race car. They wanted 80% of the racing car, Car Decals/Vehicle Graphics.  To do the processing of vinyl lettering in one color, the sign maker will program the logo or car decals/vehicle graphics to the plotter. The plotter will then cut the vinyl material in specific section, and then we have to weed it out the material, and put application tape over it.  Double check your location and you’re ready to install.   If the logo or car decals/vehicle graphics needs multi colors, we use the printer.  Our colors are from the x-Rite Color Management System. To do the processing of car decals/vehicle graphics in multi colors, after it is printed, you need to laminate to protect the ink from the harsh weather and the abusive brushes that are used in automatic car washes.After the lamination is done, we lay the print on the vehicle, and measure twice, but cut once.
