A new location of Impress For Less opened Thursday, March 19th in the Willowbrook area of Houston. They needed signage for all areas of their new store, and contacted us to get it done quickly and correctly for them. From the date we received this order to the date of the install was only three days, but that was no problem for us. We have one of the fastest turn-around times in the industry!

 

All stores need good signage, especially new locations getting ready to open! Eighteen signs were printed to distinguish the different sections of the store: men’s, women’s, children’s, juniors, etc. out of 30”x72” Ultraboard. The only difference is that fifteen of these were hung on the perimeter of the store and are single sided, since they are hanging up against a wall, and three were hung in the middle of the store and are double sided. Thirty-nine 11” dimensional letters made from PVC were cut and painted according to the PMS color specified by Impress For Less and mounted onto Ultraboard to spell out the store section names. Various photos of models wearing Impress For Less clothes were printed on ten 56”x24” hanging banners. These banners were hung from the ceiling in various sections of the store.

 

For the doors into the store, we printed four 2”x12” specialty faux frosted glass vinyl decals with the Impress For Less logo, and installed on the glass doors to give the illusion of frosted glass. For the storefront windows, “Spend Less, Shop More” and “Top Name Brands” were printed alongside pictures on eight 42”x25” window perf. Window perf allows for visibility to the street from the inside of the store, but from the outside all that’s seen is the print. One 36”x36” print on Ultraboard was done with the Impress For Less name in the middle and a collage of models wearing the clothes around it. This print sits on a front display between mannequins. For the dressing rooms, we also printed twenty-one 8”x15” vinyl decals in the PMS color specified with various sayings, such as “I’m Impressed” to go over the mirrors and “now”, “later”, and “never” to go over hooks in the dressing rooms. Once everything was printed and ready to go, we also did the install for this job! Our team spent a day on location making sure that everything was hung and applied properly in time for the grand opening.

 

Impress For Less is a store that sells department store brand clothing for men, women, and children, as well as home décor for up to 80% less than you’d pay in the department stores! They pride themselves on keeping their storefronts simple, clean, and well-organized, and good signage plays a big role in helping achieve that. The Willowbrook location is the newest of their 6 Houston area locations.
