Steve H. called us because he wanted to get his home ready for sale and needed to have an exterior repainting done.  We met with Steve and discussed the result that he wanted to achieve.

As you can see from the final result in the photo above, compared to the photo below, we painted all of the trim in a darker color to highlight it and add interest.  We also painted all of the stucco to give the home a fresh, clean look.  The color chosen was a neutral one.  The reason for this is that when you are selling a home you want to appeal to the tastes of as many people as possible.

A neutral color such as the one we used to paint Steve’s home refreshed the home and brightened it up.  It is now a lot more noticeable from the street, which is the main goal when a home is for sale – so more potential buyers will notice it, and hopefully, be interested in purchasing the home.  The paint we used was two coats of Dunn Edwards Finishes.

We began the exterior repainting project with a great deal of preparation.  Preparation is the key to a great final result and we believe that we achieved this for Steve.  Steve was able to put his home on the market, and had many potential buyers contact him within a very short time frame.
