Superior Signs in Orange County Helps New Mexican Restaurant Prepare for Opening

Posted in: Industry News

Not too long ago, we worked with the friendly folks at Cassell’s Hamburgers to get their venue ready for opening at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden’s new dining experience. This time around, we helped B.S. Taqueria, which operates a taco hot spot at 514 West 7th Street in L.A. What sets apart the cuisine of this restaurant is its unique take on traditional Mexican favorites. Although the business describes itself as being “authentically inauthentic,” the food is so good that it has folks coming for more.

When the eatery’s management team needed signs and graphics for new restaurants opening in Orange County CA, at the IWTG location, its team contacted us for assistance. After consulting with the client, we designed, manufactured, and installed two striped wall wraps that display the telltale color play the business favors. Next, we added a retro postcard graphic, a manhole cover stamp graphic, and a set of letters that spell out, “Making Tacos, Changing Lives.” We placed these letters above the order counter. The space allocated for B.S. Taqueria now brands the locale perfectly and invites guests to belly up and select their meals.

Creating Ambiance in a Hospitality Setting

But in the past, doing so meant adding knickknacks, dust catchers, and restaurant wholesale wall art that did little to differentiate you from a competitor across town. You can do away with these problematic displays. Simply capture the essence of your brand with atmosphere-generating wall graphics.

Making Wall Graphics Work in Your Restaurant

Taqueria, the graphics underscore the somewhat quirky, but always unique take on the dining experience that the brand cultivates. For your restaurant, it may mean something different.

  • Murals. A Spanish tapas restaurant can set the right tone with a mural featuring one of the many Madrid plazas lined with eateries. It transports the guest to the location, and you do not have to rely on dust-catching artificial flowers and hats.
  • Spot graphics. Combine graphics with spelled out messages to set the mood. You frequently see this setup in businesses that brand themselves as healthy food outlets with locally sourced produce. Highlight the benefits of eating at your locale.
  • Decals. Without the letters, the graphics simply amplify the dishes and cocktails you serve. In some situations, you might portray happy guests enjoying what you have to offer.
  • Window graphics tie-in. Create continuity of your atmosphere by starting this brand communication on the outside. Invite guests to step closer with high-definition photos of your most popular dishes or location stock photos that set the mood for guests. Allow these window graphics to relate to the images you placed on the interior walls.
