Putting graphics on your service vehicle makes sense – they communicate to customers and prospects. The graphics tell customers that you are a professional when you arrive on a service call – giving you credibility.  Graphics can also attract new customers…ever see a service vehicle at a neighbor’s house and think about a need that you have for that service?  That was the graphics talking to your subconscious!

A customer came to us recently after purchasing a pool maintenance route in Anaheim, CA.  They wanted to attract new customers to build the route, and keep the current customers in the book of business they had purchased.  They planned to use a Toyota Tacoma to run the pool route, and had a very limited budget for vehicle graphics.

We discussed their situation, and recommended some mild pool themed graphics, with bold lettering showing their company name, phone number, website, logo, and tagline.  The truck itself had smaller surface area to work with than a van or full-size truck, so we wanted to be strategic when placing the graphics.  Our intent was to grab the attention of neighbors in the vicinity of the pool route, as well as any other impression opportunities – like driving through town, or while stopped at the gas station.  Our graphics had to quickly communicate the business they were offering, and how to reach the pool cleaning company for new service.

The Tacoma graphics turned out great – with a band of splashing water graphics along the rocker panels at the bottom of each side of the truck, and the base of the tailgate – to grab attention and communicate the business.  The company name and logo was placed on each door with a bold outline around the lettering.  The phone number was prominently located on the top of the truck bed for maximum visibility, and the website address and tagline were placed strategically.

As you can see from the pictures, the Toyota Tacoma is now an official service truck wearing colors and a design that ties to the business, and grabs the attention of potential customers!
