Located at 1001 West 15th Street, the San Pedro High School is home to a proud marching band that delights audiences and talent judges alike. When it came time to upgrade the look of the band’s trailer, the school’s administrators contacted our pros at Superior Signs and Graphics to discuss the manufacture and installation of custom vehicle wraps for schools in Southern California.

We received the design for the trailer wrap from the same folks who put together the attractive design for the Boy Scout Troop 658 trailer we did a short time ago. After adjusting the fit to be perfect, we removed the old lettering that was still on the sides. It is fair to say that the trailer did not look all that great. Would our wrap make a difference? You bet!

We started with a matte finish black wrap to which we added bright yellow graphics. The lettering spells out the name of the Golden Pirate Regiment, which signifies the band, drum line, and guard of the San Pedro High School. The pirate character is the school’s mascot; we rendered it in shades of gray, yellow and white. The latter hue matches the school’s name on the wrap. Once we finished with the installation of the product, it was hard to recognize the trailer from the pictures we took earlier. It looks fantastic!
