We can operate within any system you desire.  Some folks order branded specialty items/promotional products for each and every event or time needed on an individual basis, while other clients schedule planning sessions with us to talk about and make decisions on their program for the next year or two.  Most of this latter group have found that incorporating all known circumstancesin discussions beyond today pays advantageous dividends now and in the future.  Why? you ask.

Saved time for the executive team would be a good enough reason.  Others would include being able to get what you want before it is sold out for the season and buying in larger volume saves money in the long run.  If we are going to be using 2,000 t-shirts this fiscal year, let’s buy them all at once rather than 200 at a time.  For this example, assuming 3 color imprint left chest and full back, there would be a savings of $2.00 per shirt in printing plus another $112 in screen and film charges.
