That’s a little bit like asking, “how high is up”?  The real question is “when do you need it?”  If there is any such thing as “normal”, then normal delivery usually runs 7-10 working days on the majority of promotional products we carry.  BTW, we have over 700,000 products to choose from!  Surely, we have something that will work for you.

The 7-10 day time frame assumes your first choice item in your preferred color/style/size is in stock and ready to be decorated.   We also try to ship all promotional items via Ground Freight as it is much more economical.  Given that, we have made delivery to clients in less than 24 hours!  Making a new product from scratch could take 10-12 weeks or more.

The key factor is letting us sit down with you annually and assist in the planning process for promotional product purchases.  Reviewing your entire program frequently is much more efficient than doing it piecemeal.
