My name is Dr. Terry Daniels, and I am a certified Business and Executive Coach with FocalPoint Business Coaching of Kentucky. My 27 years of professional experience working in Fortune 500 companies have afforded me meaningful insight into the drivers behind strategic organizational growth. I’ve started from the very bottom of an organization and worked my way up, gleaning techniques and approaches that have shaped how I’ve operated as both an employee and an executive.

With a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I am uniquely positioned to understand how leadership and team dynamics influence business success (or lack thereof!). We will identify opportunities for cultural transformation because culture doesn’t just happen. Culture is built, nurtured, and embodied. You and your leadership team will learn to model the behaviors you want to see from your workforce.
