Vehicle wraps can be a great way to transform your car, truck, van or trailer into a marketing megaphone. And in warmer climates where people spend a lot of time outside or in their car in traffic you see a lot of vehicles wrapped. But there is one problem with vehicle wraps.
If it’s too hot outside you can run into problems. The vehicle is wrapped using a heat gun and the wrap shrinks onto the car. If it’s too hot out you can lose control of the shrinking process and if you go to an inexperienced installer it can ruin the wrap.
Some installers now have temperature controlled installation areas. They have air conditioned installation rooms where they drive your car in for the vehicle wrap. The temperature of the room is controlled which gives them the perfect climate for vehicle wrap installations. If you have a choice I’d suggest asking if the company that is going to wrap your vehicle if they have a temperature controlled installation room.
