It seems like everywhere you look businesses claim to be experienced and fit for the job. But what “experiences” have those companies gained I must ask? What lessons of value, honesty, integrity, and trust have they gained over the years that makes their company the best suiter to earn my business?
It’s hard to tell which company is the best for the job when everyone claims they are the right company. And when it comes to construction companies and general contractors, a business relation where you might have someone in your home every day for a long period of time, you want to make sure you can trust your general contractor.
I like the message that PDHB, Pacific Dream Home Builders, stands by. The owner, Tom Sramek, is a calm, cool and collected guy who shoots straight from the hip. You get a quote for a job from Tom and he delivers exactly as he said he would the first time.
He also points out that this is not always the case. Some general contractors often go over budget and try to cut corners to save costs. Sometimes general contractos will even try to sell you on the idea that the original goal is too hard to accomplish, too costly, or impossible even, simply becuase the work cannot be completed as easily as he or she might have first quoted. This is why you need a contractor that stands by their quote and delivers as promised. This is why you need someone who’s been in the business for a long time. You need a construction company that knows what they’re doing.
PDHB has been in business since the mid 80s. You can’t find too many other companies with that kind of experience and track record. You can visit their CityScoop website for more info by clicking the link below.
