REST, Real Escape from the Sex Trade, was founded in 2009 to build pathways of freedom, safety and hope for for victims of sex trafficking and people involved in the sex trade in Seattle and beyond.   REST recently opened offices in Seattle, WA.  As part of their move, they were  looking to infuse their new office space with energy and branding to reflect the company’s mission.  Specifically they were looking to inspire those who enter their new facility.  Their murals are designed to inspire hope and empowerment to those in the sex trade seeking help and those who are looking to support their move to a better life.

rainmaker-signs-creates-mural-for-not-for-profits-seattleREST contacted RainMaker Signs looking for a full service solution that would include both full wall murals, cut wall graphics and wall lettering.  RainMaker Signs scheduled an appointment at RESTS new Rainier Avenue  location to perform a site survey.  At the scheduled appointment RainMaker Signs reviewed the following with the client:

  1. Understand mural  goals and objectives.
  2. Confirm wall measurements.
  3. Review details about design file types, quality and size to support a high quality wide format print.  (Note for this project all designs were provided by the client.  The RainMaker Signs design team is always available to provide design services for clients who have design needs.)
  4. Reviewed time table and next steps for project completion by REST’s grand opening date
  5. Performed a materials adhesion test .
  6. Answer any questions a client may have about the project.  It is important to make sure expectations and results are carefully aligned.
