Wall Graphics in Bellevue, WA for Hyatt Regency Conveys a Relaxing Mood

We at RainMaker Signs partnered with Hyatt Regency to make their Human Resources Center most hospitable to the employees.  They wanted a design that was warm and welcoming, and together we created a great set of wall graphics.

Looking at the photo above, you can clearly see that the wall graphic has an appearance of a window with vinyl on it.  Looking at the second picture which is a closer view, you can see that the wall graphics are actually pictures that are supposed to simulated looking through a translucent window, with a sunny day appearing to be on the other side.  This creates a very calming effect which is something that is definitely needed near a Human Resources Center.

Hyatt Regency is a hotel in Bellevue that includes a 7,000 square foot gym, a breakfast buffet, and a ballroom where you can plan meetings and events.  It is a contemporary hotel with Asian inspirations and is an upscale destination for business retreats as well as vacationers.

Our design team worked closely with the representative of their HR department at Hyatt Regency in order to create the right design and colors for the graphics.  While we produced and installed the wall graphic, Hyatt Regency’s engineering department constructed a wooden frame and awning to make the cafe appearance look real.  Multiple layers of materials were applied to the plain wall to make it appear as a window.  The first layer was a “soft focus” garden- like wall display, followed by the frosted vinyl.  Small graphics such as a tea cup, cupcake, and capuccino followed which enhanced the cafe feeling and lastly clear acrylic panels were added as a layer of protection.
