Park Ridge Condominiums contacted us when they were in need of new condominium signage.  More specifically, they were in search of a monument sign, a sign that shows their residents that they have arrived home.  We at RainMaker Signs jumped at the opportunity to help them represent their brand.

Looking above to the first photo, you can see what the finished sign looked like, simple and efficient.  A light beige color was the chosen background color, with a simple dark font which reads “Park Ridge Condominiums.”  Looking to the second picture which is a closer view, you can see how the black lettering is surrounded by a white border to make it visually pop.

Located in Kirkland, Washington, Park Ridge Condominiums is a gated community near Kirkland’s waterfront.  These condominiums come with many amenities including a balcony, security system, breakfast bar, dishwashers and an included dryer.

Before production of the sign began, our experts did a site inspection first in order to ensure that the materials we would be using, would properly adhere to the installation site.  This ensures that the sign is long lasting and no unnecessary damage would occur.  During the site inspection our experts also take measurements to double check to make sure the sign fits properly.
