Talon Private Capital initiated a project in the city center of Kirkland, naming the development Urban Kirkland.   In order to ignite the excitement for this multiple phased development, Talon Private Capital partnered with RainMaker Signs to really dial in on their marketing and created a construction banner.

Looking below to the second picture, it is a more up close view of the mesh banner in which you can really see the detail of what the hopeful finished product will end up like.fence-banners-for-construction-sites-rainmaker-signs-bellevue-wa

Talon Private Capital is a privately held real estate investment firm with lots of experience across a wide range of property types.  This specific project that they have initiated will bring about 1.1 million square footage of residential, office, and commercial space.  This site after completion will hopefully attract merchants, business people, and residents of the city of Kirkland.

These banners were produced out of mesh material, which is durable and allows wind to pass through.  In order to make the visual impact as big as possible, the mesh banners are printed with a high resolution wide format printer with bright colors.  To ensure that the banner stays on the fence, the mesh banners have reinforced hems and grommets which increase its durability.  To ensure that the banner is stretched and wrinkle free, the banner is held up by zip ties.

Construction banners can ignite people’s excitement for the project before it is even completed.  It is marketing for a future brand or business that will be built, and ensures that people know of your existence before you open your doors.  They also help you isolate your construction site, providing an obvious boundary for people to stay out of.
