Project: Wall Graphics

Wall graphics in schools can encourage school spirit and create a positive learning environment for students. We at RainMaker Signs installed, designed, and produced two wall graphics for Monroe High School to encourage school spirit and high energy. Since co-curricular and extra-curricular activities are a big part at Monroe High School, high levels of school spirit are wanted.
In the picture above, you can see the finished product of the wall graphics. “Bearcat Power” is written in large, color coordinated lettering. Pictured below is an up-close photo of the lettering which is navy and orange, matching the school colors. 
Monroe High School works to create a positive learning environment and encourages the students to pursue their future opportunities without fear. They encourage an environment where staff, students, and parents cooperatively interact to provide meaningful and diverse opportunities.
Inspiration for these wall graphics came to us when we walked around the campus looking at the interior designs and pre-existing wall graphics. Also, the navy and orange colors needed to be matched exactly so we retrieved a physical paint sample and matched them with similar colors on the Pantone Color Bridge Guide. After this we were able to match the colors. We also conducted a materials test to find which type of vinyl and adhesive would work best with the wall materials.
Wall graphics are great for high schools, colleges, universities,and daycares. At RainMaker Signs we understand that a wall graphic is an investment and should last many years while positively impacting the environment around it. These wall graphics can improve school spirit, and remind students of the school’s mission statement and their duties as students. Creating a more positive environment can lead to improved work ethic and performance. When installing the wall graphics, we do a site inspection to make sure that the correct graphics and adhesive materials will be chosen to ensure proper adhesion and longevity.
