National Maintenance Contractors, being a 35 year old business, was in need of some rebranding and a new
lobby sign. We were eager and excited to lend a hand to ensure successful rebranding.
Looking to the picture above, you can see how the finished product looked after installation was completed. It features a silver logo and lettering on a dark blue wall. The picture below is an up close of the lettering on the sign which is made of acrylic material laminated with brushed aluminum.
National Maintenance Contractors is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington and services customers in over 30 states. They provide a range of janitorial services for different industries such as office buildings, banks, hotels, libraries, museums, and many more. They use green cleaning products with efforts of improving the health of employees, customers, and the environment.
We provided National Maintenance Contractors with advice on the materials, color, and style for the lobby sign. A clear acrylic material with a brushed aluminum face was chosen. Their wall had already been painted but we inspected it anyway to ensure that it was ready for proper installation. We also made sure that this lobby sign was reusable so that it could be reinstalled in another location if they were to relocate.
Lobby Signs are something you should consider if you want to make a positive impression on potential clients. Not only that, an effective lobby sign draws in people's attention and informs them of your presence.
