Project:  Company Mission and Values Wall Graphics for New Offices Customer:  Cummins Northwest Location:  Renton, WA Cummins Northwest is the exclusive Pacific Northwest distributor for Cummins, Inc., the global power leader of diesel engines and related technologies. Cummins diesel engines and natural gas engines provide power to customers with trucking, transit, power generation, industrial, marine, RV, construction, and agricultural applications.  Cummins Northwest recently made a move to new offices in Renton, WA.  As part of their move, they were  looking to infuse their new office space with energy and branding to reflect the companies values and culture.  Specifically they were looking to include a variety to wall graphics and lettering consistent with other Cummins' offices world wide. Cummin's Northwest contacted RainMaker Signs looking for a full service solution.  RainMaker Signs scheduled an appointment at Cummin's new Renton, WA location to perform a site survey.  At the scheduled appointment RainMaker Signs reviewed the following with the client:

1. Confirmed project goals and objectives.  In this case the objective was to add internal branding and communicate company mission and values in a way that was consistent with the company culture.
2. Verified wall measurements.  Not only is it important to verify the specific wall measurements, but to all review the floor plan,viewing angles, and final size of each graphic.
3. Reviewed details about design file types, quality and size to support a high quality wide format print.  (Note for this project all designs were provided by the client.  The RainMaker Signs design team is always available to provide design services for clients who have design needs.)
4. Reviewed the time line and critical steps required to successfully complete the project by the client's move-in date.
5. Performed a materials test to determine the right material that provide proper adhesion to the specific wall surfaces.
6. Reviewed different finishes for the wall graphics.
7. Address any other questions or concerns a client may have about the project.  It is important to make sure expectations and results are carefully aligned.  The individual responsible for managing the addition of wall graphics for their office usually feels a strong sense of responsibility to make sure everything is done right and meets expectation.  We want to do everything we can to understand their expectations about the finished project and to educate the about the process to alleviate their stress and free them up to focus on other things.
