Customer: GMD Custom
Location: Seattle, WA
GMD Custom is a general contracting and design company which provides comprehensive commercial and residential services. Their mission is a cost-effective, on-time, quality implementation of our customer’s vision. GMD Custom chose RainMaker Signs to help them achieve that mission.
GMD Custom was completing construction and reonnvation on a retail cafe space in the Capital Hill neighborhood in Seattle, WA. Their client was ready to open their doors. They had passed a variety of inspections including structural, electricl, plumbingn and health department. The fire inspector performed their inspection, and requested a few additional safety and ADA signs needed to issue their occcupancy permit. RainMaker Signs is familiar with the Seattle area fire code, regulatory, safety, and ADA sign requirements. GMD needed quick turn around for their next sscheduled inspection. Any errors or missteps at this point could have delayed the opening of the business First hand familiarity with local inspectors requirements and in-house fabrication capabilities, RainMaker Signs was able to turn around GMD Custom’s signs quickly, effeciently, and accurately. Even the smallest error, like type size, or color and result in a delay of occupancy permit until the next scheduled inspection – which at times can take up to a month Accuracy and reliability is paramount to everyone involved.
