Share Your Goals
When working with your sign and graphics company begin by sharing the goals for your wall graphics or murals. There are a variety of goals and objectives associated with wall graphics. A few examples include enhancing your home, office or work place decor, merchandising, building esprit de corp in schools, community facilities and sports venues, or sharing your company mission with employees.
This is also the perfect stage to discuss how long you need your graphics to last. This is likely tied with your goals. Some goals require changeable wall graphics while others require more permanent materials.
Describe Your Ideas
Given your goals, describe your space and share your ideas. Do you have specific communication points you want to get across? Logo, photography, colors, or other image references?
Site Visit
A site visit is helpful in two ways – measurement and materials. During the site visit we can take measurements to determine the size of your graphics or wall mural. In addition, we can perform a wall test to determine what materials work best for your wall surface. Design
How you handle design is up to you. Perhaps you have your own graphics or photos you wish to use. Could be that you are working with an agency or a designer that has already prepared designs for you. That’s great. We are happy to work with your design files. If you don’t have designs don’t worry. RainMaker Signs has in house designers to help you with your designs and access to thousands of images that can be used to create amazing wall graphics or murals.
Production
Once you approve your designs the next step is production. Your new wall graphics are printed on a wide format printer. This digital printer can print large and small photographic or digitally designed images with amazing resolution and clarity. Ask about latex inks. Latex ink is environmentally friendly and can print to a large variety of materials from fabrics, to traditional pasted wall papers, to adhesive backed vinyl graphics material. RainMaker Sign’s programmable cutter is designed to cut-out your graphics with precision for the professionally finsihed look.
Installation
Adhesive backed wall graphics like really giant stickers. For small-ish graphics, say under 3′ you may choose to install yourself. It is just like applying a large sticker to the wall. For full walls or larger graphics you may choose to have professional installation. RainMaker Signs offers a standard square foot pricing for installations.
