Antioch, CA – Our Heater / Furnace Maintenance Process | HVAC Company News

Partner with a local heating & efficiency company

Most people don’t think too much about their heating system when it’s working correctly, but regular maintenance is required to keep a heater or furnace running at optimal performance.

If you have questions about maintaining your heating system or are looking for a licensed HVAC expert to perform regular maintenance on your unit, we would be happy to help!

We are located right here in the Bay Area and are a full-service and fully licensed heating, ventilation and air conditioning company. We have helped hundreds of families in the Antioch area and would be happy to maintain your heating system.

A regular maintenance program not only increases the longevity of your heating system, but it also keeps the system running efficiently.

Every system will age and lose some efficiency over time, but a regularly maintained system will remain useful and keep power and/or gas bills lower for far longer than an untouched system will.

Our goal of regular maintenance is to keep your system running for a very long time. The cost of an entirely new system can be very high, and if one part of your system fails usually the whole thing must be replaced. Most of our clients would agree regular maintenance is well worth it.

Our team of certified technicians is well-trained in servicing both heat pumps and furnaces and knows the nuances involved with either system. Whether we installed your system or not, we can determine the manufacturer’s recommendations and ensure each part of the system is working properly and serviced correctly.

Two of the most common questions we receive when a prospective client is considering maintenance of their heating system are when the system should be serviced and how often should the service occur.

Some clients request service after a problem has already occurred, for example if they have increased utility usage, experience stoppages in their system or even worse; if the smell of gas appears or carbon monoxide is detected in the home.

If you do suspect the presence of gas or carbon monoxide, please call your utility provider and/or the authorities first and then we will be happy to come help remedy the issue.

While these are all problems we can address, our goal for our clients is to avoid them proactively, when possible.

If a system is checked out annually in late summer or early fall before temperatures drop, it significantly decreases the likelihood of these occurrences and can save you time, money and the headache resulting from heat issues.

Whether you are having a one-time service done or are part of our regular heating system maintenance program, our goal is for you to feel comfortable with the temperature in your home and with our level of service.

Our friendly and professional technicians will work around your schedule and show the highest level of respect for you and your property when performing maintenance in your home.

Have more questions about heating system maintenance, or ready to have one of our techs come evaluate your heater or furnace? Give us a call today and we will be happy to assist you!
