The new Great Harvest Bread Company, located in Vancouver, WA, contacted us about creating some signage that would a cost-effective way to bring attention to their newly opened store. The Great Harvest owners had an old VW Beetle ‘bug’ convertible and wanted to explore ways to make it a moving billboard with some kind of vehicle wrap.
Using the convertible bug was a great opportunity for advertising their business, even more so than a typical vehicle wrap. Pound for pound, penny for penny, vehicle wraps are one of the very best ways to get your business’s name seen by as many huge numbers of people. When it comes to cost per impression, vehicle wraps blow other advertising vehicles (no pun intended) out of the water. But by using n iconic symbol like the vintage VW bug, people notice the signage even more.
Using a high resolution photo of their baked goods, their logo and simple contact information we were able to keep the graphics contained to the flat sides of the car. This was an important design decision that helped us stay within our customers’ budget.
- For those that are working with more of a limited budget, curves and odd shapes are much more difficult to install, and will drive up the cost of the project.
- A partial wrap only covers a portion of the vehicle but is often a smart way to get a message out there without breaking the bank.
If you need vehicle graphics for your groovy throwback VW Beetle or any other car, truck or van, give us a call. We’re happy to help!
