We recently completed a project with an investment property client. They had purchased a property as an investment and got a great deal, but the problem was that the home needed a lot of work and was not going to attract many renters in its current condition.
Our client hired us to take care of the repairs and manage the renovation to get the property in a condition where it would be easy to rent the home out.
