One of the many items available from your sign manufacturer is RTA, or Ready To Apply Vinyl. RTA vinyl will typically consist of 3 layers. The bottom layer is a backing sheet. One side of the backing sheet (or release liner) has a slick waxy surface that allows the vinyl to be removed more readily. The next layer is the adhesive vinyl that you’ll be applying. Spectrum Signs is located in Mission Viejo, which is in South Orange County California. The closest major cross streets are Alicia and Jeronimo. For those familiar with the area, we are not far from Oggi’s Pizza and Brewery.
Located in Commerce Park on Madero, we are about halfway between Alicia and Los Alisos. The Commerce Park Industrial location was chosen for its convenient freeway access, and reduced overhead cost when compared to a retail storefront. Our business model relies primarily on other businesses, so a retail storefront is not a requirement. By minimizing overhead, we offer competitive pricing without sacrificing quality and service.
Though most of our customers are in south Orange County, our affiliation with 240 independent sign manufacturers nationwide allows us to service regional and nationwide corporate accounts. In addition to local service, we offer fulfillment through our partners and common carriers.

We have over 25 years of experience in the production of visual communications, reference materials, and publications, both printed and electronic. Until recently, our primary customers have been in various municipalities and in the automotive industry. Our customer base reads like a “who’s who” of automotive manufacturers in Southern California. This includes Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, Suzuki, Subaru, Mazda North America, Isuzu Commercial /GM, Isuzu Passenger, Kubota Tractors, American Honda (automotive, Acura, Motorcycle and Power Equipment divisions).
To expand our product line, service offering and customer base, Spectrum Signs was founded as a natural extension to existing business practice.
