New Lighted Irvine Sign, OC Bumper & Body

Sign Clemente finishes up the installtion for The Bumper Guy

Congrats go to OC Bumper & Body for their new lighted Irvine sign.  This lighted sign is powered using the latest in white LED technology.  Today’s white LED’s shine much brighter than they did even two years ago.  Costs have come down to the point where LED’s cost no more than neon, but cost less to install and save considerably on power.  Neon averages 12,000 volts, and LED is only 12 volt!

OC Bumper & Body is expanding and occupying a space next door– The expansion is called The Bumper Guy.  The letters are made of no-rust aluminum and have acrylic faces.  The black inset on the white faces made the letters really pop when lit.  The white edges resemble edge neon at night.
