When the company first approached SignWorks they were at the early stages of the sign design process and needed help interpreting the specifications that their landlord required.  We worked with them over time and provided several iterations of drawings to review with the landlord and other constituents.  It was a lengthy process.  Towards the end of the project we had to help source the specialty bolts and stand offs that were no longer commercially available.

The pan face itself was 24” by 72” with a 3/8” thick dimensional logo (16.75” wide by 16” tall) and lettering that floated on top of the face itself. Formed from aluminum sheeting, the rectangular pan face sign has a 1 ½” lip around its perimeter.  I think you will agree that the finished sign result turned out very well!

The installation at their Alameda facility required a two person team and scissor lift to ensure safety.  Though the sign was not very large, this metal pan face sign could not reliably be mounted and held in place using ladders given the overall weight of the sign.  We also applied the company logo to their glass door while ensuring that the vinyl lettering was produced in an exact match to their corporate color scheme and font.  With corporate branding things like colors and fonts become all the more important and it is very important to preserve the brand identity as well as the look and feel that the corporation has invested time and money in preserving.
