In college I studied Business Administration, and have always wanted to have my own business. I have been in construction for most of my adult life. In 1973 I started working with a Landscaping Company based in Pacific Palisades, CA and was there until 1979 when I went to work for a large construction company as a framer. Then from 1982-1987, I had a custom cabinet business. In 1987, I started Sierra Crest Construction & Developers.
I am a licensed General Contractor, fully insured with Workers Compensation and General Liability. As a Developer, I have profitably coordinated all aspects of land purchase, entitlement, architectural design, custom homes sales and construction of developments exceeding $8M to the satisfaction of investors and homeowners. Some of the highlights of my career are:
• Preferred Contractor for the Second Largest Homeowner Association in Los Angeles CA for the last 14 years.
• Built 15 Custom Homes in Panorama City, California.
• Built Custom Home in Tahoe Donner, Truckee, California.
• Developed strategic alliances with over 100 subcontractors and 2 key architects throughout California.
• 5 Custom Home Development on Laurel Drive, Danville California.
• Various Custom Home Remodels ranging from $400k-$2mil in the Bay Area, California.
• Peak yearly gross sales surpassed 3.5M
• Sun Care Communities, LLC-Project Manager for Assisted Living Communities
• Numerous Community Church Leadership Positions over the last 30 years
