When such a great new eatery decided to open up shop in the area and contacted us for exterior signs for restaurants in Cary, NC, we jumped at the chance to help out. Their new location is on Kildaire Farm Road. It is the first Newk’s in the Cary-Raleigh-Durham market. They needed an assortment of markers. Fortunately, they contacted the right sign shop!
We Gave Newk’s the Elite Treatment
When we first met with Newk’s, we performed a site survey of their new place and took measurements. We also listened carefully to their vision for the project. They are part of a chain, so it was important that the new signs matched the branding that was found at other locations. Thankfully, our skilled graphic designers have the software necessary to perfectly match fonts, colors, and other designs.
Once they approved of the art proofs we provided them with, we got down to work on the signs. We fabricated and installed the following for Newk’s:
Wall Building Signs – We produced two wall building signs. Both feature the Newk’s name in their unique font. One was for the “grab-n-go” line of business, and the other was their primary logo. Both signs are backlit channel letter signs that make their branding easy to see both night and day.
Monument Sign – Along Kildaire Farm Road, we installed a monument sign that would catch the attention of motorists at far enough of a distance to give them time to slow down and turn. Again, we installed backlit channel letters on the monument.
Awnings – We installed six red awnings that precisely matched Newk’s corporate colors. Awnings are an excellent investment because they decrease the amount of direct sunlight that shines into your venue, which can help you decrease your cooling bills.
We installed all of the signage quickly so the client could start advertising their new location as soon as possible. In the end, they were impressed with the job we did.
