The Mission Heritage Medical Group is part of the St. Joseph Hoag Health Alliance. It is a state-of-the-art facility that does business along the busy Crown Valley Parkway. Unfortunately, it had little signage, and few would-be patients knew that the clinic houses an urgent care center, which is open to the public. To change this, Petra-ICS, the construction wing of the hospital chain, contacted our experts for assistance. A representative asked us to print and install medical center window graphics in Orange County CA.
Going Tall to Catch the Eyes of Passersby
Because of the large number of glass panes the building has, it made sense to use some of them as advertising tools. We discussed the choice of vinyl with the client and selected perforated 65/35 sheets. This figure refers to the percentage of perforations when compared to the solid vinyl backdrop. Perforations are ideally suited for vinyl window coverings that you install in areas where you spend time and want to enjoy vistas to the outside or natural sunlight.
For the larger corner windows, we used the perforated vinyl that we imprinted with the clinic’s information. It is an 18-foot graphic that is sure to get the attention of drivers and pedestrians alike. Patients inside the facility can see outside, which boosts the ambiance inside the locale. We also installed additional smaller, perforated vinyl window coverings next to the urgent care center’s entrance.
For the tall windows above the entrance, we used non-perforated vinyl. Its sizing is similar to the large ground floor window. We typically bring our bucket truck for installations such as this one. However, because we had to go up much higher, we rented a 125-foot articulating aerial boom. Doing so allowed us to take the window graphics above a sculpture that sits at the base of the hill. Now, the third story windows proudly display the marketing messages.
Buying Window Graphics for a Business, Clinic, or School
Advertising that a facility or service is “now open” generates interest in the business. By placing the information in a highly visible location, you have the opportunity of significantly boosting your service’s appeal. In many cases, it makes sense to feature multiple graphics. When working with a tall structure, in particular, repeating the overall look of the message multiple times works well.
This approach lets you support other signage that you may already have on site. Examples include monument signs that point to your entrance. By addressing the likely consumer of your products and offering additional information – or just making your business’ entrance more visible – you could greatly benefit from foot traffic.
