“There’s a reason we have survived and thrived in a tough competitive environment: We’re very good at what we do.” – Paul Lateur
When it comes to hiring a company that is going to be working on and in your home, your personal space, you want only the best and most trustworthy. When I look for a company that provides a more personal type of service like an electrician or general contractor, I want to see a lot of things. I look for things like friendliness, timeliness, client testimonials, of course price competitiveness, but most importantly, confidence. The reason that I want to see confidence is because it tells me the individual or staff is/are very comfortable with their job(s) because the individual knows they’re good.
The difference? There’s being good, acting like you’re good, and knowing that you’re truly good at something. The only way to get to the comfortable state where you’re always relaxed and in the zone at any activity, hobby, passion or sport, is through experience. Confidence through experience.
If you’re a sports person, it’s kind of how LeBron James, basketball Megastar, is graduating to another level right before our eyes. He’s no longer a young guy still learning his craft. Now he’s perfecting. He’s got the experience. And he’s got the confidence.
Paul Lateur has over 25 years of experience as an electrician. He’s also confident in what he does and that’s why it even says so on the front page of his website at the top of the page. He has a certain swagger that comes from only one place – confidence through experience.
